Position: Business Development and Sales Specialist

Location: 8902 N Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85020
Pay: $65,000 annually + commission

Shift: Full Time, Open Availability

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a creative, energetic, positive individual to further develop and expand our hospitality services. An individual with sales and operations experience in the hospitality industry will be an ideal candidate for this position.

What will you be doing?

Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload. Must proactively seek new ways to expand business.


· At least 3 to 5 years of experience in hospitality sales and business development

· Experience in preparing proposals and the ability to make presentations to potential clients

· Outstanding verbal and written communications skills with the ability to produce clear and concise responses and or reports

· Ability to understand organizational priorities, customer needs, and contractual obligations. Knowledge of appropriate computer systems, including parking-related hardware and software, and programs to effectively perform duties

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Analyze and identify growth opportunities

· Manage vendor relationships and solution partners to establish the best pricing and services. Oversee marketing programs

Essential Job Duties:

Business Development Responsibilities

· Develop and manage pipeline of new opportunities and expanding existing business

· Maintain client relationships

· Responsible for all aspects of the sale process: prospecting, presenting, proposing and closing

· Provide effective and timely reporting to management and track progress and growth

· Maintain and grow contracts, foster account longevity

Operational Responsibilities

· Possess a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations


· Assist with location budget preparation

· Understand revenue control equipment

· Prepare and utilize statistical tools such as occupancy reports, and ticket summary

Marketing/Client Relations

· Responsible for recommending rates competitive to the market and to maximize revenues

· Provide solutions to enhance revenues or bring in revenue opportunities

· Establish and maintain strong client relations

Equipment/Computer Skills

· Obtain and display knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases


· Flexible work hours

· Attend trade association meetings, shows, and events
